From there, we take a personal approach to addressing and overcoming your struggles, which often roll over into business making it harder to do your job. Together, we create systems and processes, strategies, and the structure that you need to reduce your stress, your overwhelming responsibilities, and whatever else is weighing you down so that you can move in the direction of your choice.

A lot of my clients want more personal time with their families, they want to get out of debt, they want to create a better work/life balance, and they want to know what they want. My clients often come to me burnt out and feeling resentful towards their business. They are caught up in comparison of other businesses in their industry, which feeds the "I am not enough" monster that's in all of us.

While everything looked fine on the outside, I was living in a constant state of internal breakdown and fatigue.
​
This was my every day life. As a business owner, this was no difference between my work and my life. It was totally enmeshed.
​
I had no boundaries. I had no patience. I had no time for anything.
​
Every aspect of my life was neglected.
​
I would give, give, and give to everyone and every thing, and there was nothing left for me. My mentality at the time was that giving back to myself was selfish. Mom guilt, right?!
It took the world stopping (hello, COVID-19) for me to realize that the way I was doing life was all wrong. When I reframed my thinking and then my day to make myself a priority, life started to change.

I reconnected to nature, which awakened my spirit.

What was "so important" to me beforehand now held no weight.
-
I could feel that my path was not nourishing or fulfilling for my soul.
​
It all started with loving myself more, and as things started to shift in my life, repressed and unhealed wounds surfaced for my attention.
​
I read somewhere that when you're constantly telling yourself that you're "too busy," you are really avoiding something much deeper that needs to be addressed. For me, this was accurate.
​
This part of my journey started with self-love, and as I worked through my trauma, I needed my own love and acceptance more than anything.
We need to heal in order to grow, and through this, I learned that self-love is the foundation for making that happen.
​
Facing trauma and limiting beliefs in order to heal is an incredible journey. I won't pretend that it is easy. In the thick of it, it sucks, but healing is freedom from what weights us down every single day.
​
Healing is releasing shame, guilt, unworthiness, self-sabotage, and all of the darkness that prevents us from shining our light into the world. Complete freedom is working through this darkness and coming out on the other side.
​
I believe that the trials and tribulations we experience are tied into our own purpose in life. It is the reason why we are here - we learn and grow from our struggles so that we can be an asset to others who are experiencing it as well. My journey allows me to help women learn how to make themselves the priority so they can give their best from their overflow.
​
So you may be wondering... how does this have anything to do with business?
​
Well, our businesses are a reflection of our internal state, and if your internal state is in a state of warfare, it is going to show up in your business.
​
I say that I came out of the womb doing two things: marketing and organizing. Having owned two multi-million dollar businesses and helping a bunch of other successful businesses, start-ups, and e-commerce brands, I understand business, I understand how to psychologically connect with your target audience, and how to organize and structure a business by taking a bird's eye view of what is and is not serving the business and it's growth.
​
Most small businesses who are doing it on their own, are spending a ton of money on DIY marketing, but they are not seeing a return because it is disorganized and scattered. Most don't even understand how to really gauge if an ad is doing well. Owning a marketing agency since January 2017, I know and understand the digital platforms like the back of my hand, and I have created cost-effective and time-efficient social media and marketing strategies that increase sales.
